hearDigits uses three English digits spoken in the presence of background noise at different volumes to screen the hearing of both ears simultaneously. This is known as a digits-in-noise test. The test determines your speech reception threshold (SRT) in signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) dB. This means that the test determines your ability to hear speech in background noise.

hearDigits is currently available in South African and American English accents.
